Claygrove Capital Group’s role, who decides on funding, what the site’s figures are and are not.
Claygrove Capital Group’s part in a funding request
Claygrove Capital Group takes a business funding request by phone or through the web form, matches it to a funding type and passes it to one or more funding partners. Claygrove does not provide the funds and does not decide on any request. The partner reviewing a request decides whether to make an offer, and the offer’s amount, cost, schedule and conditions are set by that partner in its own documents.
No offer, rate or amount appears on this site
Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a commitment to fund. Figures marked “Illustration only, invented figures” are made up to show the arithmetic of a payment or a cost; they are not quotes. The working capital repayment calculator returns an estimate from the numbers a visitor types in, nothing more. A partner can decline a request, and an offer can differ from any example here.
Merchant cash advances are not loans
A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a share of a business’s future card or bank receipts. The provider collects it as a percentage of sales or as fixed debits until the agreed amount is collected. It is not a loan, and its cost is set out differently from a loan’s interest. The merchant cash advance page takes up whether an advance counts as a loan.
Business purposes only
Requests are for business purposes: equipment, working capital, inventory, credit lines, expansion and similar costs of a business. Claygrove does not arrange personal, consumer or home loans, and it does not arrange funding for trucking companies or agricultural operations.
Where the local figures come from
Counts of businesses, employees and payroll for Crawford County, AR, ZIP codes and nearby places come from U.S. Census Bureau programs: County Business Patterns, ZIP Code Business Patterns, Nonemployer Statistics, the American Community Survey and the Building Permits Survey. Each figure carries its program and year where it appears. They describe the area’s businesses; they say nothing about Claygrove’s requests, offers or results.
Credit checks
A funding partner can review the credit of the business and its owners as part of its decision, using the consent given with the request or in the partner’s own application.
