What Claygrove Capital Group collects through its request form and calls, how that information is used and who receives it.
Information the request form and calls collect
The funding request form on this site asks for:
- Full name, phone number and email address
- Company name, if the business gives one
- Time in business, annual revenue and requested amount, each chosen from a range
- The consent choice for calls, emails and text messages
A phone call to Claygrove Capital Group adds the calling number and whatever the caller chooses to share about the business and its funding need. Records that a funding partner asks for later go to that partner as it directs.
How Claygrove uses the information
The information is used to work on the request: to contact the person who sent it, to match the need to a funding type, to pass the request to funding partners for review, and to keep a record of what was requested and when. Contact by phone, email or text follows the consent given on the form; the SMS terms cover text messages.
Who receives it
Funding partners that review a request receive the request details. Companies that run the web form, phone and messaging systems for Claygrove handle the information to provide those services. Information can also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Your choices
To ask what request information Claygrove holds, to correct it, or to ask that it be deleted, call (479) 233-4691 or use the contact page. Replying STOP to a text message stops further texts.
